Does it really have to be so HARD!?!?!?

Have'nt we all kind of felt this way???
Many times when going on a diet the hard part about everything is not the dieting part. The truly hard part is the EXERCISING part! I know changing one’s habits slowly but surely is within everyone’s grasp, for when it comes to food, but sometimes there are just exercises that not everyone can do. Or maybe there are just certain exercises that you just do not enjoy doing at all. Exercises that make you feel like you are a in a specialized military program and nobody should have to feel that way.
